This research was carried out on Build Operate Transfer investment in Business cooperation model to metering system development project by examinated those criterias by technology preparedness level (TKT) evaluation method, Innovation preparedness level and political, social economic, technology, environment & legal aspects (PESTEL). This research was carried out to earned value from level of technological readiness level 8 and 9, Those innovation steady level 3 which involved several division like business development, engineering, accounting & finance, administration, human resources and health safety environtment officer. Gathered from all divisions and gave an score for TKT 8 assessment should be weight of more than 95% for accurate data criteria are ready, an assessment of TKT 9 has weight of more than 91% for technology criteria which tested in actual conditions, an assessment of Katsinov 3 has weighting of more than 94% for Manufacture Aspects, while assessment of PESTEL has a weight of more than 85% for Legal Aspect. Furthermore, these assessment results were brought up into focus group discussion by presented the Managing Director as expert judgment on final assessor of data validation, indicators, graphics and risk management planning before making decision about those Build Operate Transfer concept on investment business cooperation model to metering system of development project.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. Previous research or relevant research serves to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. This article reviews job satisfaction and employee performance: Analysis of Hygiene Factors and Motivator Factors, A Study of Human Resource Management Literature. The purpose of writing this article is to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this research library are that: 1) Hygiene factors affect job satisfaction; 2) Motivator factors affect job satisfaction; 3) Hygiene factors affect employee performance; 4) Motivator factors affect employee performance; and 5) Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Previous research is a very important thing in the preparation of a scientific article. The purpose of previous research or relevant research is to strengthen the theory and phenomena of the relationship or influence among variables. This article reviews the Determination of Career Development and Performance: Analysis of Job Promotions and Employe Transfer, a Human Resource Management Literature Review. Writing this article aims to build a hypothesis of the influence between variables to be used in further research. The results of this library research are: 1) Job Promotion has an effect on Career Development; 2) Employee Transfers have an effect o Career Development; 3) Job Promotion has an effect on Performance; 4) Employee Transfer has an effect on Performance; and 5) Career Development has an effect on Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture and work-life balance on work motivation and their impact on teacher performance. Determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula from a population of 143 obtained as many as 128 samples. This research is a quantitative research using the Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) research analysis method. The research findings show: (1) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on work motivation and teacher performance; (2) Work life balance has no significant effect on work motivation, but has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; and (3) work motivation has no significant effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

This study purposes to investigate the impact of the administration, recording, maintenance, and transfer of state-owned goods on the opinion of financial statements. The financial statements quality was selected as the intervening variable (study of 35 work units in the Directorate General of Housing, Ministry of PUPR). This study benefits the quantitative approach and sample determination by non-probability sampling method. Specific considerations taken for the purposive sampling technique. The sample in this study was 35 work units with 3 years (2017-2019). Regression model was selected for data analysis by using a computer statistical application program, Eviews 10. The results showed that BMN Registration and BMN Transfers significantly affected the quality of financial reports. BMN Administration, BMN Maintenance do not effect significantly the financial reports quality. BMN Administration, Transfer of BMN, and Quality of BMN financial statements significantly affect financial statement opinion. The recording of BMN and the Transfer of BMN do not effect significantly the opinion of financial statements. The transfer of BMN is proven to significantly affect financial statements' opinions through the financial statements quality as an intervening variable. BMN Administration, BMN Recording, and BMN Maintenance do not effect significantly on financial statement opinion through the quality of financial statements as an intervening variable. And lastly, BMN Administration, BMN Registration, BMN Maintenance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work environment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and performance. This research is a case study on the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). Performance is an important factor for ASN for service satisfaction to the community, therefore OCB needs to be owned by ASN because OCB is believed to be interrelated with employee performance. This research was conducted to build hypotheses that are useful for further research. This article reviews the variables that affect OCB and performance. The result of this library research article is that job satisfaction and work environment affect OCB and ASN performance.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the influence of price factors on purchasing decisions, the influence of product quality factors on purchasing decisions and the influence of promotional factors on consumer purchasing decisions of Cap Nona Sweetened Condensed Milk in Ambon City. The type of research is empirical with the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique is multiple linear regression analysis, where the hypothesis test uses the t-statistical test to test the partial regression coefficients and the F-statistical test to test the effect together or simultaneously with a confidence level of 0.05 or 5%. The test results show the price variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show the coefficient value of 0.192 with a significant value of 0.01 below the 0.05 level of significance. The product quality variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show a coefficient value of 0.191 with a significant value of 0.00 below the significant level of 0.05. The promotion variable (X3) has no significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. This is evidenced by the results of statistical tests which show the coefficient value of 0.134 with a significant value of 0.28 above the significant level of 0.05.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Information Technology (IT) is critically needed to support and improve ones performance in all matters, including services and day-to-day activities. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of e-service quality and price on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as mediating variable on webinar service in Indonesian Clinical Training & Education Center (ICTEC) RSCM FKUI. The technique of this study was purposive sampling and the questioner as the primary data instrument. The data was taken from 100 respondents that have participated in webinars with ICTEC RSCM FKUI. This study used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) supported by SmartPLS application. The result of this study shows the variable of e-service quality and price has made a significant impact on customer satisfaction; the variable of e-service quality has an impact on customer loyalty; customer satisfaction has an significant impact on customer loyalty, yet the variable of price made insignificant on customer loyalty. In terms of moderation (intervening), the variable of e-service quality and price has made a significant impact on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction.

The review that will be carried out in this article is about Determination of Work Quality and Work Productivity: Analysis of Commitment and Work Culture, a Human Resource Management Literature Study. The purpose of writing in this article is to form a hypothesis of the influence between variables that will be used in further research. The results of this libraryarisearch are: 1) commitment has an influence on work quality; 2) work culture has an influence on the quality of work; 3) commitment has an influence on work productivity; 4) work culture has an influence on work productivity; and 5) work quality has an influence on work productivity.

Abstract

Based on the results of the grand tour that the researchers conducted at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Jambi Province, the head of the madrasa has not correctly determined the planning of madrasa disciplinary guidelines. Second, the madrasa principal has not optimally made instructions, warnings, and prohibitions on behavior in madrasas such as carrying out continuous supervision of the discipline of education staff, and found a number of problems related to this. This study aims to analyze the management style of the head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in increasing motivation. education in Jambi Province. This descriptive qualitative research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the Head of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jambi City, Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Batang Hari and Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Bungo as key informants (respondents), deputy heads and education staff. Data collection with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model consists of data reduction, data display and data conclusion. The results of the research are: democratic style seen from task direction, task direction, decision making and relationships built. This will foster a democratic climate in schools, which will encourage the creation of a conducive climate for the creation of optimal quality of work. The achievement motivation of educational staff in Jambi Province is characterized by work responsibilities, standards, plans and work creativity. The principal's management style in increasing the achievement motivation of educational staff in Jambi Province is clear work directions, joint decision making and two-way relationships. and interactive, though spanning all tasks and personnel. Based on the findings of the study, it was concluded that the principal's management style in increasing the achievement motivation of educational staff in Jambi Province was not optimal because task direction, decision making and relationships were not productive.
